Between teams looking to recover from disappointing 2023-24 campaigns, and the entire league mindful of the changes in the new collective bargaining agreement, conditions could be perfect for a trading frenzy. We'll get the hypothetical wheeling and dealing started here, as we're putting together three deals to shake up the lottery portion of this mock first round.
