The Chicago Bulls and the Philadelphia 76ers forfeited second-round picks due to tampering violations. Therefore, draft hopefuls have fewer chances to hear their names called. However, it would be shocking if these prospects went past the first round. If they bring their game to the pros, they have what it takes to become All-Stars or All-NBA players.
