The 2022 NBA Draft was already headlined by a major question as no consensus top pick had yet to completely emerge. After Tuesday night’s Draft Lottery though, there are even more questions. Does Jabari Smith fit in Orlando better than Chet Holmgren? Will Sacramento return to a three-guard rotation after pivoting away from it last season? Is there anything Detroit can do to get back in the top four after slipping to No. 5? Collectively, it makes for an intriguing draft cycle.
