The Magic are on the clock. For the fourth time in franchise history, Orlando has the No. 1 pick, and the team may need all the time between now and June 23 to decide on its selection. There is no clear-cut No. 1. There are three high-level prospects who can all make a case for themselves. The Post spoke to three talent evaluators and all agreed you can’t go wrong with the top three of forwards Jabari Smith, Chet Holmgren and Paolo Banchero. One believed there wouldn’t be a clear-cut decision the day of the draft.
