The Detroit Pistons will enter the 2022 NBA Draft lottery with the best possible odds to land the number one pick, but they have slightly higher odds of walking away with the 5th. The Pistons have a 14.8 percent chance of ending up with number five, the second-highest odds of any individual pick. The 2022 NBA Draft has three guys who most rate a level above the rest, and after that top 3-4 things get debatable. This draft is not necessarily deep with guys who profile as superstars, but there are quality players throughout and the drop off from the 5th pick to the 15th may not be as steep as some seasons.
